itm is looking for self-motivated individuals to join our existing staff of highly experienced engineers in Milford, OH. Qualified applicants will be required to function both in a project management role as well as a supporting member of a team during the development and implementation of test and measurement projects. Candidates will be required to work in all functions of a project including project planning and tracking, solution design, material procurement, vendor management, in-house assembly and testing, scheduling, and customer relations.

Qualifications include:
• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering discipline (Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, Industrial)
• Experience using AutoCAD and/or ability to interpret engineering prints
• Literacy with PC and Microsoft programs; Excel, Word, Project, Access, Outlook
• National Instruments LabView Programming experience a plus
• Ability to work successfully with diverse work/project teams
• Excellent interpersonal, leadership, organization, and communication skills
• Strong multi-tasking abilities
• Flexibility for short-term travel

The positions involve a very diverse range of responsibilities from answering incoming phone calls to performing monthly bookkeeping and accounting duties.
